everis Argentina opens the entry deadline for the everis Award 2019

In order to promote entrepreneurship, talent and innovation in the country, everis presents the call for the 2019 everis Award Argentina, designed for projects that generate a social or environmental impact through the use of technology in the categories of ‘New business models in the digital economy’, ‘Industrial Technologies" and ‘Biotechnology and Health’.

everis Argentina, in collaboration with the everis Foundation, launches their annual entrepreneurship contest. The prize will be awarded to a candidate whose proposal aims to exploit innovation in the technological, management, social, environmental and health domains under the following categories:

  • New business models in the digital economy
  • Industrial Technologies
  • Biotechnology and Health

The Argentine winner will receive counselling services –for a period of three months– from i‑deals, an everis Group company specialized in technological entrepreneurship, to improve aspects of their project, and a trip to Spain, sponsored by the company. In this instance, they will compete for the international grand final of the everis Awards: if they are chosen as winners of the competition, they will be able to obtain an economic sum of non-refundable €60,000 for the development and launch of their project, with the backing of a large multinational such as everis.

‘As a company, in everis we do support and firmly believe in entrepreneurship. That is why, for us, these Awards are an important success every year, since they contribute to growth and they bet on and develop Argentine talent. This contest entails the opportunity to promote entrepreneurship, and this is for us a commitment we undertake’, states Pablo Pereira, CEO of everis in Argentina.

A jury composed of highly renowned and prestigious personalities belonging to the academic and business worlds of our country is convened for the Award selection. The jury's mission is to select a maximum of three projects.

The call, available from March 18, will be open until May 25, 2019, inclusive. To participate, candidates must meet the requirements specified in the rules published via this website. Besides, they must register on this site, complete the registration form and upload a video defending their project.

For this 18th edition, everis provides entrepreneurs with the opportunity to enhance and develop their projects, as a commitment to develop ideas that may contribute to society with technology solutions.
