III edition of the University-Company Ranking, which analyses the employability of the newly graduates from the perspective of the companies.
everis foundation has presented, for its third consecutive year, the results of the University-Company Ranking, the only study that analyses the vision of the employers about the recently graduate professionals who entered its personnel in the last five years. This last edition has broaden the sample of companies in 64% compared to 2016, as well as the number of graduates assessed in 15%.
Every year the competences of the students are analysed as key skills for the development of the work. In all the editions of the study the responsible for recruitment has been asked about the importance of eight competences related to performance: teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills, professional knowledge, honesty and ethical commitment, analysis and problem solving, ability to learn, orientation to results, ability to work in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments.
The study also reflects the sectors leading the hirings being Education, Health activities, Information and Communication.
It is also to highlight the increase in the number of hirings by medium enterprises, especially the ones with 50 to 99 workers.
Regarding the most demanded degrees, Administration and business, and Industrial Engineeringcontinue the leading with a 50% of the hirings.
